- Frank: Change openstf to openstef everywhere (inlcuding python package)

- Jonas: add DCO instruction to the CONTRIBUTING.md so new people easily get the hang of this (nice if vscode/pycharm are also included)
- Frank: Check-up with Marcos on Sogno roadmap;
